Jonathan has pursued an extensive academic pathway in the life sciences, completing advanced coursework in genetics and genomic sequencing, cancer biology, immunology, tissue culture, cellular physiology, biochemistry with laboratory components, human physiology, and epidemiology, providing deep understanding of oncogenesis, tumor progression, immune function, and population health. He has participated in specialized seminars on apoptosis and oncogenes and has hands-on experience with genomic analysis and sequencing technologies, and he supplements this scientific training with technical proficiency in computational statistics, programming, and technical scientific communication, enabling him to interpret complex biological data and translate it into practical healthcare and business strategies. He holds certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician and in Advanced Cardiac Life Support for both pediatric and adult patients, along with specialized training in biosafety protocols, hazardous materials operations, and firefighting.

Transitioning from military service, Jonathan gained frontline medical experience as a medic and critical care technician in primary care clinics, emergency rooms, and intensive care units, where he played leadership roles during high-stress crises including the 2005 BP Texas City disaster at HCA Mainland ER and Hurricane Ike in 2008, managing trauma care and hospital operations under extremely challenging conditions. His professional versatility extends beyond healthcare; he has worked as an oil well geologist and drilling mud logger performing real-time geological data collection and analysis to enhance drilling safety, as a licensed Realtor building skills in client relations and contract negotiation, and as a property and casualty adjuster advocating for insured clients in a teacher-founded insurance company.

From 2014 to 2024, Jonathan served as Clinical Coordinator and Office Manager at Transitional Care Clinic, leading the expansion of the practice from a 900-square-foot office to a 6,000-square-foot modern healthcare facility. He guided the clinic through significant growth and the COVID-19 pandemic, during which the clinic remained fully operational and served as a key testing center, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and logistics with a focus on innovative, high-quality patient care. In 2024 he transitioned from that role to dedicate his full efforts to Artemis Imaging’s development as an accessible, cash-based breast CT provider.

Bringing together multidisciplinary experience in science, healthcare, emergency management, and business, Jonathan provides the visionary leadership necessary to drive Artemis Imaging’s mission of innovative, patient-centered breast imaging.

Within clinical operations, Lesley’s leadership focuses on regulatory and quality assurance functions that are essential to modern healthcare delivery. She has overseen comprehensive provider credentialing processes, ensuring that all clinical and medical personnel meet strict licensure, certification, and regulatory standards, which secures operational legitimacy, mitigates legal risk, and builds confidence with patients and partners. She manages Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services data reporting and submission, keeping Artemis Imaging aligned with federal guidelines, and she works extensively with the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set across its six domains: effectiveness of care, access and availability of care, patient experience, utilization and risk-adjusted utilization, health plan descriptive information, and measures reported using electronic clinical data systems. By integrating these HEDIS frameworks into workflows, she drives continuous improvement, regulatory adherence, and evidence-based decision making that directly supports patient-centered care at Artemis Imaging.

Beyond healthcare, Lesley gained substantial business operations experience as Manager of the Bayview Equestrian Center in Bayview, Texas, a high-end hunter-jumper facility caring for approximately 50 highly valuable horses representing multimillion-dollar investments. In that role she handled client relationship management with affluent owners, training and feeding schedules, staff coordination, financial oversight, vendor negotiations, and KPI tracking to sustain operational excellence, while also coordinating complex logistics for client participation in major competitions such as those at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center in Katy, Texas. Her professional credentials include certifications from the United States Equestrian Federation, the Houston Hunter Jumper Association, and Safe Sport, underscoring her commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and safety — skills that translate directly into healthcare regulatory environments.

By fusing deep clinical operations knowledge with high-stakes business management experience, Lesley brings a comprehensive operational skill set to her COO role, optimizing patient-centered healthcare delivery while sustaining efficient, compliant, and scalable business operations. The father-daughter ownership structure combines Jonathan’s leadership and multidisciplinary experience with Lesley’s operational expertise and healthcare regulatory acumen, positioning Artemis Imaging to manage the challenges of introducing innovative medical technology to the Houston market.

After medical school, Dr. Gulde completed anesthesiology training at UT Southwestern Medical Center and advanced fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at UCLA, and he currently holds hospital appointments across leading North Texas institutions where he integrates advanced technology with clinical standards. His background includes imaging-dependent procedures, neuromodulation, minimally invasive spine interventions, and orthobiologic applications, which translate directly into high-fidelity diagnostic imaging operations and the interpretation of complex imaging datasets.

As Medical Director for Artemis Imaging, Dr. Gulde provides clinical governance and operational oversight, including protocol development, credentialing of clinical staff, quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and strategy for integrating imaging technology into workflows. His combined expertise in anesthesiology and pain medicine informs patient comfort protocols, procedural sedation standards when needed, and clinical pathways designed to maximize diagnostic accuracy while preserving an excellent patient experience.

Drawing on his computer science and MBA background, he applies a data-driven, systems-oriented approach to imaging informatics, workflow optimization, and analytics, ensuring that Koning Vera Breast CT — with its true 3D, compression-free scans completed in under 10 seconds and 2-millimeter lesion detection — operates within a framework of evidence-based medicine and continuous quality improvement. Dr. Gulde’s peer-reviewed publications in journals such as Anesthesia & Analgesia and Pain Medicine, his national presentations, and recognition as a Top Doctor by Fort Worth Magazine further demonstrate his focus on safety, innovation, and responsible technology adoption in clinical practice.
