The Artemis Breast CT
Koning Vera Breast CT (KBCT) is a 3D diagnostic breast imaging device that produces high-contrast, real isotropic 3D images — without painful compression — at radiation levels similar to diagnostic mammograms, in just 7 seconds.
It can also be configured for 3D-guided biopsy and contrast-enhanced imaging when your doctor needs an even closer look.
FDA approved for diagnostic use and biopsy. Koning is the first Breast CT imaging device to receive FDA PMA approval for commercial diagnostic use.

Three Procedures, Three Ways to Find Cancer Early
Non-Contrast Scan
~3 minutes total in the exam room. Ideal for diagnostic follow-up, dense breasts, and most indications.
Bilateral without contrast
Contrast-Enhanced Scan
~5–7 minutes total. Uses non-ionic CT contrast (not gadolinium) for enhanced visualization. Sensitivity up to 98.7%.
Unilateral or bilateral with contrast
3D-Guided Biopsy
Up to 20 minutes. True 3D guidance improves accuracy and reduces radiation dose by over 50% versus stereotactic biopsy.
As recommended by your radiologist
“The Breast CT detector surrounds the breast — there is no place for the cancer to hide.”
